What an incredible cave hotel to stay at! Not only the owner, but also the gentleman working night shift was very kind and helpful. It is fairly new so extremely clean; however, with the way the staff works i believe and hope it always stays that way, which is why i will stay there whenever i am back. Location is perfect and views are incredible especially in the morning when all the balloons rise.
We stayed here for three nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The cave room was very clean, comfy, and cozy. The view was surreal, the hot air balloons were right outside our terrace every morning. Complimentary breakfast was provided in the mornings and drinks / snacks were brought to our room throughout the day. The wait service provided to us by Onhaw was exceptional as well. We didn’t want to leave, and would only plan to stay here again in Cappadocia.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed our experience here. We spent hours upon hours doing research into finding the best hotel. It is newly renovated and so the hotel was extremely clean, had really good amenities and was in a prime location – only a short walk away from downtown Göreme where all the shops and restaurants are located. Mr. Kamal was amazing and helped us plan out all of our activities including red/green tours, ATV sunset tours, balloon ride and any help we needed with dinner reservations. All the staff members have a very helpful and positive attitude. The breakfast is also amazing, served daily from 8:30 till around 11. The terrace on the top floor also has a great 360 view of the city and the balloons in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!
My Family of 6 (4 kids and my husband I) recently stayed at this unique of experience hotel!! It was amazing being able to experience sleeping in a actual cave. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family! Thank you Orhan for all your help and the nightly ice cream.
We went there with my newly wed wife for our honeymoon for 4 nights. To sum it up they had an impeccable service. The room we were in (Kemerhan) was out of a fairy tale. Breakfasts we had were absolutely delicious. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff Mr Kemal, Orhan and Metin and many more. They were extremely helpful with tour schedules even offered discounts from the agencies. I highly suggest anyone who wants to visit Göreme and have a wonderful time.
We had an incredible experience here. They had the best service and fantastic accommodations. Definitely recommend to any travellers looking to be close to the city centre in Goreme, very close to all the tours and hot air balloons (both if you want to see or ride it!). Thank you again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing all so helpful and really go the extra mile. I felt everyone here provided a genuine and personalised service which made the stay even better. The standard cave room I stayed in was beautiful however I felt it was quite small for the price. The location of the hotel was great, a 5-10 min walk to the city centre.
